Process Serving Pricing
Our pricing is straightforward and transparent. Fees are based on service type and urgency. Additional charges may apply depending on location, number of attempts, or special circumstances.
Routine Process Service
$90 – Routine service includes standard service attempts made within our normal service timeframe. Multiple attempts may be made as necessary and all services include proper documentation and a notarized Affidavit of Service.
Rush Process Service
$125 – Rush service prioritizes service attempts and is initiated faster than routine service. This option is ideal for time-sensitive matters with approaching deadlines.
Same-Day Process Service
$150 – Same-day service is available for urgent matters and must be confirmed prior to payment. Availability depends on time of request, location, and workload.

Bundled Services
Skip Tracing + Process Serving Bundle
This bundle is designed for cases where the subject’s current address is unknown. Skip tracing is performed first to locate a valid address, followed by service of process once a viable location is identified.
$125 – Pricing includes skip tracing and routine service of process at the located address. Additional fees may apply for multiple addresses, extended searches, or upgraded service speed.
Process Serving + Court Filing Bundle
This bundle is ideal for clients who want both service of process and document filing handled together. After service is completed, documents are filed with the appropriate court in accordance with local requirements.
$115 – Pricing includes routine service of process and standard court filing. Filing fees charged by the court are not included unless otherwise stated.
